Our research line is oriented to the transcriptomic study of biotic and abiotic stresses in fruits of
commercial interest for our country like: peach, cherry and plum. In addition, we have functional
studies projects for the future positioning of fruits with commercial potential such as peach beet, chilean papaya
and white strawberry as well as quinoa, a pseudo-cereal.
We have two high capacity Linux servers, one for web services and the other for bioinformatic.
In addition, we have a modular cluster for serial analyzes.
